The ground can't be seen and a building is in front of the piece that collapsed so not only can you not see the ground but you can't see the majority of it's fall path due to that building in addition to the smoke.
You can also clearly see solid pieces split apart as it falls.
This is what I have come to believe after research. No other explanation, as the towers did not collapse, and they actually disappeared. You can hear Jennings and George S. talking about it on youtube.
I could only speculate, but it would require the steal to delaminate at the grain structure scale. That would likely require continuous harmonic oscillation of the alloy's grain bonding at the 1-5 nm level. Some seriously freaky shit.
