That's kind of retarded, to be honest. The real world doesn't operate like the last 5 minutes of a Perry Mason episode. Pence could introduce incontrovertible evidence (which a USB drive wouldn't be) and the wheels of the system would just keep marching on. What is needed is delay with a challenge and to force all of the evidence into the light. Pence cannot manufacture that himself.
