Electronic evidence doesn't need a boom. Paper evidence does not get destroyed by a boom, and would spread that evidence around for everyone to find.

Booms are for distraction or a message. This boom incident however intentionally reduced casualty, which suggests that it is not deep state or Zog related. This boom in particular was VERY powerful, and very likely high order explosive, suggesting that its supply is government in origin.

Yes to clarify, I think the theory was that the voting machines were physically present in the facility. However, like I said, nobody had any evidence that was true and obviously there is zero reason to believe destroying the facility would do anything to destroy paperwork or data.

Others suggested that they blew up this facility to take out the cellphones as cover for some other operation. obviously everyone is just speculating wildly. I'm just trying to offer some of the theories I have seen presented which might help answer your question.
