Theory on the chans is that the red brick building is an NSA facility. Supposedly Snowden's leaked documents listed it as such and some other facts support the theory such as job listings and AT&T's known relation with the NSA.
Lots of pictures were posted making arguments for the explosion originating underneath the red building instead of next to it. taken with a grain of salt of course since it is just analysis of still-frames of youtube videos mostly. Some testimony was posted that the building is a brick facade built around an old cold-war era fortified structure with facilities underground. Posted by people claiming to be from the area.
A rumor was spread around saying the facility has Dominion voting machine forensic analysis related materials in it and that the explosion was a targeted hit to destroy the evidence. I didn't see a lot of supporting evidence for those rumors when I was reading yesterday, may just be baseless anon theory-crafting. However their theory posits that the timing of the attack and critically the robot voice warning everyone to evacuate line up quite well with a theory that the target of the attack was to destroy the facility and not to cause civilian casualties. They theorize that this was a very carefully planned state-sponsored attack by government or deep state actors with access and intel beyond the capabilities of some angry hill-billy with an exploding RV.
Later someone politically relevant (can't find the link right now) posted a picture on twitter of a monkey taking some bait which was out of character for that person and the chans has convinced itself this means that the the NSA facility was a sting operation and bad actors took the bait. Logic is getting a little stretched from all the gymnastics at this point but since our government and media only lies to us I don't know what people can do aside from speculate wildly.
Then someone posted an infographic suggesting that Q and POTUS had predicted all this, calling it a "red line" being crossed. Others chimed in to say that directly attacking an NSA facility is one of the "red lines" needed for POTUS to activate the patriot act and so clearly this is all just part of "the plan".
Others then theorized and/or debated regarding the existence of an RV. Many don't seem to believe that there even was an RV, however some suggested that an RV would technically make a great bomb and lots of discussions were had about various ways to turn an RV into a bomb. More people chimed in with arguments that clearly this was all done by some orbital weapon or a bunker buster missile or whatever. Man the chans are exhausting to read.

Electronic evidence doesn't need a boom. Paper evidence does not get destroyed by a boom, and would spread that evidence around for everyone to find.
Booms are for distraction or a message. This boom incident however intentionally reduced casualty, which suggests that it is not deep state or Zog related. This boom in particular was VERY powerful, and very likely high order explosive, suggesting that its supply is government in origin.
