At that time I thought they were collecting the DNA samples to make human clones. Now I think these DNA samples are being used to make different Covid-19 strains for every country.

If the govt wanted to collect DNA they could just buy plasma from a blood bank. I've thrown away thousands of pints of plasma. People give away their DNA every day.
