Let's say that it's the case? How is anyone in their right mind supposed to know that this is not a normal cloud formation? Those just look like Cirrocumulus clouds to me.

Those cloud patterns aren't normal or natural. The military sprays aerosol mixtures of aluminum and benzine (they've admitted to this) in the air but the reason is still up for debate. They hide it from the general population for some reason and claim when people find evidence that it's to combat global warming, which is actually not real.
This guy in the video thinks it's from microwaves and I'm not so certain of that.
