And this thing is literally huge on a modern electronics scale. You can place really lots of microcircuits in there with proper technology, and yet some people claim it's too small to be able to do anything nasty.

Do you think it's too small to be a tracker, or just RFID?

I think that if they wanted, they could easily fit in a complete tracker. Not that RFID can't be a tracker on its own in an urban setting.

Just look at the Mi Band, it's literally a complete tracking device in the form of a small watch, complete with a nice screen and BT and all kinds of sensors and sells for a few dollars and you can buy it anywhere. It's not a big step from that to an implant.
