Many people here are familiar with the death of JonBenet Ramsey. JonBenet was the 6-year-old daughter of a wealthy family in Boulder CO, and was found dead in her family's basement on December 26, 1996. There have been many treatments of the case, with people tending to say either the one of the Ramseys did it (RDI) or an intruder did it (IDI). I personally believe that both sides are only partial truths, and that JonBenet was a victim of a pedophile ring that her family pushed her into, which led to her death. There is a lot of evidence for this, discussed on and also . Now if we are to accept that JonBenet was being prostituted out by her parents, that raises the question of what her parents' backgrounds were. This type of abuse associated with elite pedophile rings tends to be intergenerational and linked to military/intelligence entities. Both of her parents, John Ramsey and Patsy Ramsey, happen to have those connections in their background, but for this post I'll be focusing on John.

John was born in Lincoln NE but his family soon moved to Michigan, near the state capital Lansing. His father, James Dudley Ramsey a.k.a. Jay Ramsey, headed the Nebraska Aeronautics Commission from 1947 to 1956 and then led the Michigan Aeronautics Commission from 1957 to 1979. Near the end of his tenure as the MAC director, a group of wealthy Michigan pedophiles led by Francis Shelden constructed an airstrip on North Fox Island to enable them to fly children (and, most likely, other wealthy pedophiles) onto the island. It is not known for certain whether Jay Ramsey was aware of this, but he had a reputation for running Michigan's airports with such a heavy hand that he earned the nickname "Czar Ramsey". The North Fox Island pedophile ring was linked to the 1976-77 Oakland County Child Killer (OCCK) murders, and the family of a suspect in the OCCK murders, Stephen Stanislaw, is also believed to have intersected with the Ramsey family through Michigan aeronautics circles.

From 1961-66, John attended Michigan State University studying electrical engineering. He went into the US Navy right after graduating, beginning with Officer Candidate School in Newport RI and then the civil engineer corps school at Port Hueneme CA. (Curious note: There is a woman named Nancy Krebs who claims that she was abused from a young age by the Whites, the family of John Ramsey's future best friend Fleet White. She also claims that John was part of this abuse, despite it predating John and Fleet's official first meeting in Boulder. However, Nancy's lawyer Lee Hill spoke to reporters and found "entries made, visitors and gift senders to a birth" indicating that John and Fleet knew each other earlier than they claimed. And it actually turns out that John's temporary stationing in California matches up with when Nancy was at the age she claims John abused her. This would, of course, suggest that John was part of a pedophile network from a very young age, which could make sense given his father's background.) Starting around 1967, John spent 3 years at Subic Bay in the Philippines, where he held a top secretary security clearance and also visited "Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand" for "R&R". John subsequently left active duty and stayed in the Naval reserves for 8 more years. He went through a series of technology jobs, settling in Atlanta around 1975.

In 1983, John started a computer equipment distribution company (supposedly out of his basement in Atlanta) called Teqspec Distribution Company, Inc. Within the next year, he hooked up with local businessmen J. Thomas Woolsey and Robert A. Dinning, changing its name to MicroSouth Inc. Apparently simultaneously, John had a business called Teqspec II, Inc., which was renamed in 1985 to ElectroSouth, Inc. and also included Woolsey and Dinning on the board. In 1985 as well, John's father-in-law Donald Paugh (who worked for likely CIA front Union Carbide and almost certainly abused his daughter Patsy) appears to have started a company called Advanced Products Group, Inc. In 1988, ElectroSouth and Advanced Products Group merged. The next year, APG merged with CAD Distributors of Boulder CO and CADSources Inc. of Piscataway NJ to form Access Graphics, headquartered in Boulder. John Ramsey maintained high-level positions at Access, eventually becoming president. In 1991, Lockheed Corporation purchased Access Graphics, and John relocated the family to Boulder.

Lockheed Corporation, of course, would end up merging with Martin Marietta in 1993 to become Lockheed Martin, one of the nation's largest defense contractors. The fact that John Ramsey was the president and CEO of a tech company owned by such a major part of our military-industrial complex raised some eyebrows when this case broke. Most notable was , which combined the history of Lockheed Martin's corrupt dealings, other pedophile ring cases like Franklin, and John's military background to suggest that Access was a "stick in CIA stick and carrot affairs".

Such an accusation is of course far from proven, but I've come to believe that something about Access Graphics doesn't add up, and that it is indeed likely to be an intelligence front. Like Robert Sterling, I don't have any direct proof, just a lot of tantalizing associations, but I wanted to put it all together to show how well the case stacks up, and also solicit people who might have any additional evidence. The following evidence hints at Access Graphics being a CIA front involved in child pornography, satellite espionage, and/or the PROMIS software development:

  • One early story in the tabloids (The Star, "JonBenet Dad Linked to Kiddie Porn Scandal", 1997/04/29) claimed that child pornography had been found on Access Graphics computers. While anything printed in the tabloids should be taken with a grain of salt, it is worth noting that neither the Ramseys nor Lockheed Martin had any reaction to the story, in spite of the very disturbing allegations made against their company and the fact that the Ramseys would later sue the same tabloid over a Burke-did-it story (). Robert Sterling, noting the CIA's historical involvement in the tabloid press, wrote "if anyone has a better explanation than that it was released by the Star to discredit the report, I'd like to hear it". If the report is true, Access Graphics would appear to have some involvement in child pornography.

  • As mentioned above, a key witness in the JonBenet case was Nancy Krebs. She claimed abuse at the hands of oilman Fleet White Sr., oilman Fleet White Jr. (John Ramsey's best friend in Boulder, who hosted the Christmas party that the family attended right before JonBenet's death), and "Uncle Johnny" who she identified as John Ramsey. Nancy specifically accused John of producing child pornography and setting up various front companies to launder the profits from it:

    D. And in this letter I’m expressing my feelings about how he treated me

    A. Mm-huh

    D. What he did with the money or whatever that was made from umm prostituting me in pornographic films and pictures

    A. Ok

    D. And it’s also saying what little that I know about the involvement that he had with my family and in a business sense

A Ok, so let’s take the last part first..so you knew John Ramsey and your mother and your father were in some sort of a business agreement

D No..no I am saying that some of the money that was made on some of the film that they did and prostituting of me and probably countless other people were funneled through business or things that John Ramsey would set up for them

  • For a mere reseller of computer equipment that supposedly began as a basement startup, Access Graphics took in a staggering amount of money. By 1996 its revenues had reached $1 billion. For comparison (see the aforementioned wiki page), in that same year, Microsoft's revenues were $8.67 billion and Dell's were at $5.3 billion. There is accordingly a distinct possibility that Access was being used to launder money from other unknown ventures. A little-noted anecdote from John's past shows that he might not be morally restrained from involvement in money laundering (): "He joined the computer revolution as manager of Southern Peripherals and Instruments in Atlanta. The company didn't do well, and his bosses were unhappy because they said Ramsey tried to expense about $5,000 worth of repair work on his Porsche and personal flying costs." One (which I am still working to verify) also says that in spring 1996 Lockheed Martin asked a former Access owner who John had marginalized to return to the company, theorizing it was because General Electric discovered financial irregularities in advance of its purchase of Access the following year.

  • There was an interesting article published in 2015, admittedly unverified, making the same observations about Access's implausibly high revenue. From :

Follow the money. Follow the money. Follow the money.

Access Graphics was a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation, and was officially a distributor of mid-level computer hardware and software. You could think of Access Graphics as a VAR (Value Added Reseller) acting as an intermediary between manufacturers and "resellers" that sell to end-user businesses. Investigators familiar with classified projects will probably notice the tell tale signs of a company with a black budget. Access Graphics had nearly a half a billion dollars in annual revenue coming in without explanation or balance sheet entries that tied this revenue to it's main line of work.

Keep in mind that Lockheed Martin has it's hands in a lot of things and most of them have direct ties to the Department of Defense. This is no secret, but if you dig deep enough, you'll find that Access Graphics' location in Colorado probably wasn't for the scenery or the fresh mountain air. The University of Colorado Boulder is home to the US National Satellite Land Remote Sensing Data Archive, the National data node for access to state and national agency data sets, the USGS DRGs Digital Raster Graphics, rumored Area 51 replacement Aurora etc. Lots and lots of high altitude photography and do keep in mind that in the early 90's the United States was still cleaning up the mess Saddam had made during his retreat in the Gulf War (Operation Desert Shield.) Combinations of high altitude and thermal imagery were being deployed to help locate burning oil wells out in the middle of the Kuwaiti desert.

The rumor is Access Graphics was working with the Department of Defense, Lockheed, Unisys (possibly others) and the University of Colorado Boulder on some highly secretive technology used to process satellite imagery. These days we take technology like a cellular phone that can stitch together a series of pictures and produces one seamless panoramic image for granted. Most of us hardly give thought to the amazing coverage of the Earth we can readily view on Google Earth and Google Maps. Back in the late 80's and early 90's putting together imagery like that was still a time consuming task that required skilled technicians and most of the images were still on photographic paper. The most we can tell you is that we believe Access Graphics was deeply involved in developing software that digitized and stitched together large amounts of satellite imagery; and that this imagery had significant military applications.

  • What the above article describes Access as doing with satellite technology is exactly what other Lockheed Martin subsidiaries were doing with the PROMIS software on behalf of the CIA. To give a brief overview, PROMIS was advanced database software which the Justice Department stole and then provided to various domestic (FBI, CIA, NSA, etc.) and foreign (Mossad) intelligence agencies to use for various purposes. PROMIS was often modified with backdoors before being sold to unsuspecting clients, or used as the foundation of a growing surveillance state. According to Mike Ruppert (), the CIA through Lockheed was developing PROMIS to keep track of natural resources spotted through satellite imagery:

In the meantime, after winning some successes, including a resounding Congressional finding that he had been cheated, Bill Hamilton hit his own buzz saw in a series of moves by the Reagan and Bush Justice Departments and rigged court decisions intended to bankrupt him and force him out of business. He survived and fought on. In the meantime hundreds of millions of dollars in royalties and sales fees were going into the wrong pockets. And, as was later revealed from a number of directions, this initial tampering with the software was far from the only game in town. Both the CIA, through GE Aerospace in Herndon Virginia (GAO Contract #82F624620), the FBI and elements of the NSA were tinkering with Promis, not just to modify it with a trap door, but to enhance it with artificial intelligence or AI. It's worth it to note that GE Aerospace was subsequently purchased by Martin-Marietta which then merged to become Lockheed-Martin the largest defense and aerospace contractor in the world. This will become important later on.

    [...]

I was not surprised when Bill Hamilton confirmed to both Fitts and to me that WinokurÕs DynCorp had played a role in the evolution of Promis in the 1980s. One other surprise was to come out of FittsÕ investigations that had months earlier led her to conclude that she was up against Promis-related interests. On the very day that DoJ and HUD shut her down she was discussing software development with a Canadian firm that is at the heart of the Canadian space program, Geomatics. The term Geomatics applies to a related group of sciences - all involving satellite imagery - used to develop geographic information systems, global positioning systems and remote sensing from space that can actually determine the locations of natural resources such as oil, precious metals and other commodities.

    [...]

This situation is custom made for enhanced Promis software with back-door technology. What better way to map and inventory all of the worldÕs resources than by making each client nation pay for the work. By providing the client nation Promis-based software it would then be possible to compile a global data base of every marketable natural resource. And it would not be necessary to even touch the resources because commodities and futures markets exist for all of them. An AI enhanced, Promis-based program would then be the perfect set up to make billions of dollars in profits by watching and manipulating the worldÕs political climate to trade in, letÕs say Tungsten futures. Such a worldwide database would be even more valuable if there were, for example, a sudden surge in the price of gold or platinum.

Bill Hamilton readily agreed that this was an ideal situation for the application of Promis technology. In furthering our research on Geomatics we discovered that almost everywhere Geomatics technology went we also found Lockheed-Martin.

  • Curiously, the acquisition of GE Aerospace by Lockheed Martin ties into the Ramsey case. As a 1997 news article () noted, Martin Marietta's 1993 purchase of GE Aerospace gave GE a bunch of shares in Lockheed Martin, and in 1997 Lockheed Martin got those shares back by giving GE several of LM's firms, including Access Graphics. So over the period of a few years, GE Aerospace and Access Graphics -- two companies suspected of involvement in PROMIS -- were basically swapped between General Electric and Lockheed Martin.

  • Key people involved in Iran-Contra and the PROMIS scandal have been at least tenuously connected to the Ramseys. Soon after the case became public, the Ramseys hired a prominent Washington DC spin doctor Patrick Korten, whose previous PR clients had included Oliver North and the Justice Department under Edwin Meese. North was deeply involved in Iran-Contra as well as the use of PROMIS to track "dissidents" (i.e. US opponents of Reagan Administration foreign policy), and Meese helped facilitate the initial DOJ theft of PROMIS. Another connection comes through Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV), with whom Patsy Ramsey made public appearances after winning Miss West Virginia in 1977 (and perhaps there was a deeper involvement: Patsy's likely abuse by Don Paugh and the observation that her movement was a "little automaton" may indicate a mind control background, and Byrd has been accused by Cathy O'Brien of being a programmer in such endeavors). Danny Casolaro, an investigator of the PROMIS scandal, went to West Virginia to pursue leads on the case, including multiple sources in Byrd's office, and wound up dead of a "suicide" in a Martinsburg WV hotel with his investigative files stolen.

  • , albeit without verification, that Access Graphics had a much more direct connection to some of the aforementioned figures: "Access Graphics major bank accounts were parked at the noted Iran Contra money laundry Silverado Savings and Loan and administered by none other than Neil Bush. Important: Notes taken from John Ramsey’s offices in Denver Colorado in December 1996 include the phone numbers of Oliver North, Edwin Meese and former U.S. President William Clinton. Sources close to the Denver Police are now finally reporting that this evidence was taken in December 1996 and then classified under a National Security Decree."

  • According to for Access Graphics, one of the directors of the company was Peter B. Teets. Teets epitomizes the revolving door between the military-industrial complex and federal government. He had a long career at Martin Marietta / Lockheed Martin (which, notably, began in the Denver area; he was in fact educated at the University of Colorado, Boulder): handling its aerospace programs from the 60s through the 90s, supervising LM subsidiaries like Access Graphics from 1995 to 1996, and finally becoming president and COO from 1997 to his retirement in 1999. In 2001 he was named undersecretary of the Air Force and director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), positions he held until 2005. It's not surprising to see Teets on the board of Access Graphics given that it was one of the subsidiaries that he managed. However, the connection between Teets and John Ramsey appears to be deeper than that, given that he to John's failed Michigan congressional campaign in 2004. Note also that the NRO is in charge of providing satellite intelligence -- which Access was suspected of involvement in -- for the rest of the US intelligence community.
