That title is a mouthful, you should've expanded on things in the comments

I haven't had time to read it, yet, but this is where one would start, I presume...

Just found it while looking for something else "CIA Orion"

https://pdfhost.io/v/729VT6d5b_ANALYSIS_AND_ASSESSMENT_OF_GATEWAY_PROCESS.pdf

...

Source https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf

...

I have just started reading through it, and that looks like some pretty heavy shit

Page 6, "Gateway and Hemi-Sync", line 8...

Then page 10, 14. "The consciousness matrix", gets weirder, if the above wasn't weird enough

...

When you'll read it you'll shit bricks... I hardly can believe what I'm reading is real

I figured out how to get the Hz right to test the frequencies, but they aren't exactly specific in their write up, so I've tested a number of them with not so great results.

On the Internet, they claim to get the Schumann/Tesla frequency with binaural beats, but I can definitely say the real vibration around 7 Hz is a completely different experience.

At 6.66Hz, I "blipped" out. I lost a moment of time, but that is the most extreme result I was able to produce.

Apple has disabled the feature or apps, to some extent, but other smart phones can use their accelerometer to measure infrasound. I arranged two bass guitar amplifiers at 45 degree angle from each other and generate sounds until the room vibrates at the appropriate frequency. I, then, lay right at the foci and let the sound roll through me. This is the closest I could get to replicating their process.

I haven't yet "pinged the torus", as far as I can tell, but I play with it, now and again, when I think of new ways to try it out.

The Monroe Institute still teaches this to people and many people claim it works. I remain skeptical, but I can't rule out that there is something to it. It is mind altering. Also, a lot of recreational activities that people seek out have infrasound in these ranges. 6 foot waves at the beach hit the 4 Hz range, concerts, large waterfalls, racing cars, etc. If you have the right equipment, you can play with it.

I went so far as to build a baffled air chamber with a fan behind it to generate a low hum, but it isn't variable enough for me to dial in the frequency, which is why I had to go with the bass amps and one wasn't enough to cut it.
