I don't cold brew, I just make a coffee concentrate, add any sugar/flavor, stir, and let it cool to room temp.
Then pour over a pitcher-full of ice. Add some heavy cream for body, and top off with water or more cream if needed to adjust strength of the coffee.
Do you use more coffee grounds to make the concentrate?
Yeah, more grounds, same amount of water. I usually make it in a french press, so where it would usually be the bottom inch or so is grounds, it's closer to three inches of grounds. Weird measurement for volume I know, but again, I eyeball it.
For how long does it keep in the fridge?
