Huge fan of naturally processed coffee beans. I think I'm at 80/20 naturals vs washed. Purists shit on naturals but I really appreciate that more parts of the plant make into the flavor of the final product that way.

What are some coffees that are naturally processed? Intrigued.

Onyx, Huckleberry roasters, Augie's, Misto Box... We started roasting our own; Coffee Bean Corral. I think there should be one called Zellers; maybe one called Crossing.

Onyx light roast: Ethiopian Bensa Bomba (Natural) comes around Christmas time. Best fucking coffee on the planet.

Lots of roasters use them. Typically though it is an Ethiopian origin.

Here's 3 naturals (files.catbox.moe) I just bought from a local roaster. Columbian , Ethiopian, and Brazilian.
