Climate change is mentioned but not the rise in pollutant. Even though the author mentions, in the article, of cleaning up part of an environment increased the insect populations.

Wi-fi, cell towers, and now the jump to 5G. I expect many species are experiencing issues with disruption of their means of orientation and communication leading to being killed off.

There was an interesting documentary made like a decade ago (edit: in 2012/2013) that some might find interesting and/or informative called 'Resonance - Beings of Frequency'. I think it mainly dealt with the rise in frequencies pervading the air and its effects on humans, but it also looked at its effects on bees, insects and birds. Might be worth a watch (1.5hrs) if interested and have not seen it before.
