Weather has been cooperative thus far this year, in addition to we finally got our hands on the soil filler we like (and I tilled the fuck out of the beds). Pulled one a few days ago with some fresh thai's we're growing and some fresh habanero. Medium dice with some Himalayan salt, juice of a lime and some fish sauce added to a mortar to make a mash. That one scorpion was pretty floral - kind of a turn off, so I'll need to actually cook the mash - but man it was smokin'.
