Morbo was saying he was gonna try turning the powder into a sauce. maybe you could use yours for the same?

Worth a try maybe. I'll wait until Mrs. Duck has some stir fry or noodles on the menu.

I'm starting with Gochujang paste rather than powder. I can try powder later on when I visit the asian market, provided I can find powder. Also going to try fresh and dried Gochutgaru peppers, again if I can get some.

I have some chicken marinating right now for Korean popcorn chicken that I will test the Gochujang-based sauce with. I will post my results today or tomorrow depending on how long I decide to marinate and if the hot sauce works out.
