Holy cow we have a grip of hot sauces! I need to finish up some that are 3/4 gone to make room in our fridge! If you watch Hot Ones you'll recognize some of these. I need to figure out which ones to make reviews on!

Nice collection, mate. Do you ever mix the ones that almost gone to come up with new flavors? I do that and sometimes add a few drops of Dave's insanity sauce if I don't like the flavor as Dave's heat will take over any flavor profile

Thanks, I have not mixed them but now that you mention it, that's a pretty good idea. I can probably make about 1018 combinations :)
