If I have too much it makes my mouth feel like it's vibrating. Definitely feel it again on the way out. That being said it actually has great flavor for how hot it is. I like the hint of ginger.

used it a bit on wings - I always add more vinegar, but it was a good sauce. I ended up tossing what I had out, as i prefer my own.
