This sauce definitely demonstrates that lower heat does not mean lower flavor. The blend of red fresno peppers, hot yellow chili peppers, and habanero peppers in offers a pleasantly balanced heat while the spice blend reminds me what I'd find on the table in a good texmex right on the southern border. I happen to be eating quiche left overs right now, and this is one of my favorite hot sauces to pair with eggs.
I can see this being added to a pico salsa blend to kick up the flavor, added any mexican dish, some good carnitas perhaps or even as a superior topping for your latest run to Taco Bell. If you have a favorite 7 layer dip recipe that calls for a hot sauce, this would be a prime candidate for consideration.
