This sauce definitely demonstrates that lower heat does not mean lower flavor. The blend of red fresno peppers, hot yellow chili peppers, and habanero peppers in offers a pleasantly balanced heat while the spice blend reminds me what I'd find on the table in a good texmex right on the southern border. I happen to be eating quiche left overs right now, and this is one of my favorite hot sauces to pair with eggs.

I can see this being added to a pico salsa blend to kick up the flavor, added any mexican dish, some good carnitas perhaps or even as a superior topping for your latest run to Taco Bell. If you have a favorite 7 layer dip recipe that calls for a hot sauce, this would be a prime candidate for consideration.

Need a disclosure that you don't boil it up from scratch and bottle it in your kitchen, store it in your garage and then ship worldwide, nor possess any position within Gringo Bandito.

Sounds tasty!

I have two dozen hot sauces in my fridge and I have no financial ties to any of them. All my reviews are genuine with no strings attached.

Gringo is some good stuff. Marie Sharp's however, was the impetus to me growing my own, making my own, and bottling.

Have you tried ? I have a bottle of that in the fridge to review.

absolutely. ive tried probably half of her portfolio.. the flavor is unmatched but i just need the heat, so i took a lot of the same ingredients and grew my own peppers (and contributing vegies as i could) and started making my own - i was actually going to create a sub about it before you did this one haha. been at it for about 3 or 4 years now/

i was actually going to create a sub about it

I invited you to mod this sub along with me. I don't claim any special knowledge of hot sauces and I noticed you already posted a Jerk Chicken recipe to the cooking sub. Sounds like you're the resident guru!
