Holy cow what a fantastic hot sauce. (hotsaucefever.com) The brand caught my eye one day and I looked them up online. They are a Michigan company and I have subsequently enjoyed several of their hot sauces. The ingredients list for The Ghost Sauce (bing.com) reads more like a salsa than a hot sauce. It is a far more complex sauce than a standard pepper and vinegar hot sauce. Even though it contains Ghost Peppers, this is not nearly as hot as some other sauces in my fridge. The heat is well balanced by the other ingredients and results in a hot sauce that can be enjoyed either as a topping (try it on a grilled cheese sandwich) or mixed into something else (try a tablespoon mixed into a 1/4 cup thousand island for an amped up burger topper).

Heat: 6 / 10 Flavor: 9.5 / 10 Would buy again? Yes

The beer bacon chipotle one is pretty good too.

Yes agreed! It's a flavor bomb and not at all spicy. Are you going to post a review? If not I'll get to it. It deserves it's own post.
