Half those patents are super generalized and should never have been granted since it would if allow not allow anyone to manufacture transistors for computer circuit boards aka a monopoly. A transistor device with local interconnects is a circuit board period, you cannot just claim you invented the circuit board because they were around long before their company even existed. Introducing a metal impurity, they don't say what metal or substance so any changes to current circuit boards by someone else they claim is their patent even though the new design can be revolutionary. This is just patents to block any competition by anyone making computer circuit boards and that is not a fair competitor. Hell they don't even say what the changes are which should be specific and the way this is worded it could be magic beans. Fucking lawyers and their open ended patents. I would rip the patent up if I was the judge.
