Massive over hiring, realizing that most of the people you hired are morons, RIF the shit and try to cut down. Some outsourcing going on but I have a feeling that the "firing numbers" include non-citizens (that are fucking useless). etc....

To top it all off, gov programs that should have never existed propping up "hiring numbers". Almost all jobs "gained" during the biden admin were gov and non-native born. Right.....
