They "buy" the place borrowing money and dumping onto the buyee, sell everything so they can to make a profit, and leave it for the bankruptcy courts to pass the losses onto the taxpayers. Why this shit is legal is beyond me. Oh yes...kikes.

Don't wonder why your healthcare is shit now days, all these private equity firms are buying clinics and hospitals and driving them into the ground squeezing every dime out of them.
