Does the act of empathy and the self awareness to help other fellows bestow humanity and a soul? Is an AI that acts as though it cares about someone in fact actually care? Does a robot who's programming instills it to protect and help human life not deserve the mantle of humanity in it's own right, should it show self awareness?
