Deportations raise wages.
Employers respond to wage pressure by offshoring harder
Downsized talented people start new enterprises.

I think that's manageable. Maybe even preferable that small business is not globohomo. Never know, it could be revolutionary. Also, about damn time someone point out that increasing labor supply suppresses wages.
