What a fucking colossal rip off. 6.6 Billion for 6 thousand jobs. We could save fucking 600 Million if we just found those 6 thousand people and just gave them all a million dollars. Just give it to them, have a nice day.

Government contracts are so fucking bloated anymore, 6.6B to build 3 factories. That's about 300M to build 3 factories and 6.3B profit. Not bad.

The Intel Boondoggle in Ohio is similar. I would expect TSMC to get father in building factories, however.

My hope is that Elon Musk makes a public statement within the next couple days telling them to not start spending that money because it's getting canceled here in a couple months.
