It amuses me because the "return after trial" thing has always been a problem. I remember MAD Magazine doing a sketch on it back when they were funny. One of the panels shows a guy painting a house in a tuxedo stating that he doesn't like the way it feels when he's working and he's going to return it after the trial period. This has been a problem as long as there's been businesses that accept returns. Businesses just need to crack down on people who are habitual returners.
