Not sure what to really make of this. $500 million is not a make or break number for Delta. Maybe the greedy CEO is trying to increase his own bonus.

Their internal systems are so fucked over that the last time I flew Delta (the flight and crew was great, btw) they couldn't figure out why their computer systems were prepending the airport code to my email.

Only found out about it when I took a look at the spam log and saw two days worth of rejected email from delta.
