Is this the company where most of the highest paid people have been there from day 1 and got a lot of stock when it was founded, and now they are very rich, collect huge pay as well, but sit on their asses while all of the new low paid employees do all of the work, and the new employees are resentful and slowing down /quiet quitting?

The founder is dead, but I'm sure there are some old timers that have enough scratch to feed a large country.
