Ideally we should have started 60 years ago, but if we use corporations and the concept of exclusive company towns in the middle of nowhere that rely on cheap local lumber, local labor and low cost land and build up a digital services base for gaining wealth before using that as a spring board to build long term sustainable resource bases in the locale we can create a sustainable enclave likely in places like montana, empty nowhere places, or rugged unpopulated places like appalachia.
We would be forced to have exclave businesses with high rates of DEI to avoid getting drone striked though.
