User metadata as well. Since the API changes most third-party clients no longer function, so most people just went to the official Reddit app. Since their requested permissions are so broad they could scrape the following:

Location and active times
Camera footage, including eye tracking for identifying interest
Audio recordings
Web browsing history
Local files
All user IDs on the phone

Are they doing this? It's certainly possible, especially considering the length of TOS agreements nowadays. I have no evidence to confirm this though.
