Just another example of the NPC programming that has infected them to think that employees are the property of the companies they work for. They put the company's interests ahead of individual rights and privacy. So many mouth-breathing manager-types will automatically dismiss and employee for his outside of work behavior if they feel that it could negatively impact the company not realizing for one second that such moves could themselves have negative impact on the company. It's past time to get rid of the (((corporate))) mind virus and the jews who created it.

Good way to look at it. Thanks

Back in the old days, only commie countries would send the party enforcers after comrades that didn't fall in line with commie doctrine in daily life.

Tell the complainer their behavior is unacceptable, that how would they like someone watching them and reporting their own behavior. However, thank you for your concern.

"Go fuck yourself, busybody"

How should I respond to a complaint about my employee's behavior outside of work?

You shouldn't. It's literally none of your business! If I did work for somebody and they were in my businesses outside of work, I would have a huge problem with that and I wouldn't work there. And I would also probably blow his dicksuckers out for being in my business aka spying on me.

"racist, sexist, threatening remarks"

So: "that stupid nigger kike looks like the underside of an obese woman's ass and should be beaten for it" is a doxx worthy comment to most of them.
