Not sure about seniors but my last infuriating visit to cracker barrel consisted of the manager disagreeing with me. She evidently believed the price of an item published on the menu was justified to be billed at a higher price. "fix it, or I'm taking double out of the tip and you can explain it to your staff." That was a year ago, and still ticked off about it. Won't go back. Perhaps I have angry geezer mentality. Probably why nobody is going back. The new generation employees are from another planet, always emotionally invested and terrified to feel wrong about something. Incapable of handling their emotions, the limp wristed generation of keyboard warriors havent learn to deal with their emotions and quickly make classic environments unbearable.
Get your kids off the internet or they will suffer the same fate.
My last visit i waited 45 -1hr for a takeout order. It was sitting behind the cash checkout the entire time. Literly walked around and showed the employee->>>this is mine.
