I stocked up on Ge transistors and diodes some years ago. They made them well into the 90s in quantity.
There are a number of Ge diodes they made with Ge, all under the D9x family (Д9) - they're all roughly equivalent to 1N34A types, I've used all kinds in circuits requiring them. You may need a certain one for phase detectors, but rectifiers and audio detection just about any will work.

I needed a bunch of Ge diodes for a project some years ago, and 1N34A are almost impossible to get at a reasonable price. Found good soviet parts work well.
Ukraine used to be the go-to for the diodes, but getting anything out of there is almost impossible these days.
