Just in general, it's known that big companies have generally been moving towards other places. India and Viet Nam are hotspots right now, India because of the large untapped market and Viet Nam because they're now the cheap spot.

China's manufacturing base is enormous, so this, while it looks large, is probably a tiny fraction of the total manufacturing base.
