the entire US workforce and even government contractor world is 100% fraud and gaming the system to your advantage, as sad as it is. You see it all the time in the tech/IT space. There was a relatively new article i saw on WAPO (i know, i like to see what the salty libs are up to) about some financial dipshit who stole a bunch of money from tons of grieving families. Nobody caught him till someone turned him in through FINRA. And even then, it took barring him to get him to stop. And after all this, those victims and families are still completely screwed. The reason i bring it up, is because background checks failed to show he was employed at more than one job. Turns out background checks really dont cover much outside some super basic crap, and even then they are very prone to failure

As someone who has a bit of insight in this kind of crap, background checks are 100% money laundering.

I knew they were crap when the company needed me to supply them the W2 to prove i worked there. What was the point of the background check if i have to prove my own work history?

Some industries are regulated and must do some kind of background check for their employees. These background checks are useless since pedo trannies are being employed as teachers.

But there are (((companies))) that earn a lot of money from doing useless background checks for business and government institutions that are forced to do background checks by law.
