I went to one of their stores last winter and pre-paid for a $50 set of spark plugs. When I went to pick them up they couldn’t find them. Some bitch that works there wearing Orange eye contacts interjects herself into the service exchange and demands to know the part number of the spark plugs. The proceeds to start screeching that she’s trying to help me.

“No you’re not trying to help, you’re screeching, what the fuck did you do to your eyes?” Apparently if you don’t pick up your will call in five days they put the parts back into inventory. How the hell do you re-inventory something I’ve already paid for? “That’s why we need the part numbers to pull the parts”. I walked out and called their corporate headquarters. It took another month to get my plugs. I’ll never shop at a faggot shop that posts rainbows in their google maps profile again.

To be fair, it’s common practice to refund and restock prepay orders.

It also sounds like you have to go to a store staffed with niggers. That’s never a good time.
