That is a judgement of less than 3k per case, and that likely includes all fees. So each victim is getting almost nothing.

Meanwhile the judgement against the Christian bakery was $135,000 for one singe case, against a mom and pop shop with less than a million in revenue per year.

I don't believe you get to have lawyers in arbitration. The whole point of binding arbitration clauses is that companies think they'll be able to fuck you without worrying too much about being sued. That used to be true, but with the internet people are able to find other victims and encourage them to arbitration as well. Now the companies get fucked by their own terms that prohibit combining cases into a single cases (class action). They have to pay for each arbitration separately.

Fuck Uber. Fuck Lyft while we're at it. Almost every single Uber driver I've seen where I live and in Seattle is a fucking shitskin immigrant, fresh off the boat, who doesn't fucking know shit. Even the fucking regular cabbies are now all dumbshit niggers. I miss the days when cabbies were cranky old white guys.

Not to mention their rates are fucking insane. Maybe if you're used to regular cab fares it's a bargain, but for someone whose personal car has a total operating cost of $0.14 per mile, their rates are fucking ludicrous. Only once in my life I tried to use Lyft to get a ride home from the hospital after being discharged at 1:00 am so I didn't have to wake the wife. They wanted $45 for a 2-mile ride - literally 100 times the price of driving my own car. The wife was awakened.
