Women, particularity black women, get lured into business positions because there is great incentive to hire them at major companies. When they get in the jobs, they slowly realize that they cannot handle the work they are expected to do -- they don't have the intelligence or the other skills needed. They are resented by their co-workers, who must do their work for them. So they leave.
