Where do you get this idea that he want's war with China?

His administration is constantly saber rattling with China, sending our Navy over to their armpit of the world to try and start crap, just like he and 0bama did when they were trying to troll Putin and he would send his planes to buzz our ships. Only now, they're close enough to the Gulf of Tonkin that they might just dust off JFK/LBJ's old playbook and go for that.

Also, according to the kvetching from our globalist corporations (eg:everyone but MyPillow), the evil Trump Tariffs against China are still in effect, and they hike up costs on Chinesium. Biden could end those tariffs with a stroke of a pen, yet he elects not to. If he were pro-China, why wouldn't he restore "free" trade with China?

The Pacific fleet is constantly doing shit with the Koreans and the Japs and Taiwan, that's not new. Posturing over the South China Sea has been going on forever as well. As for the Tariffs, they can keep up this weekend at Joey's presidency and parade around Biden's confused ass a bit longer, they need the revenue right now and he is going to be a disposable half term president they can use to do unpopular things. Then lord and savior lady Kamala will come and end the bad orange man's racist China policy, or maybe focus groups will suggest that Biden should do it at some point soon. I dunno what the strategy is (if there even is one outside of loot & plunder + big gay rainbows) but the US does not want a hot conflict with China, if they did they have had 1000x excuses to do so, from Wuhan to Hong Kong to Tibet...

If they are finally coming around out of the Russian model of foreign policy and seeing China as the cold war style threat that it is, then good but to say they want war is nutty talk.

they need the revenue right now

Do they? I have my doubts as the government needs no funding from anything, since it prints its own money and, to quote Michael Bloomberg, the USA has access to infinite money as China has to keep lending us money.

Which reminds me that the US government is still continuing the literal faggotry of state-sponsored terror in Hong Kong, and Taiwan, that the likes of Pompeo and Rubio started under Trump.
