Plenty of "non educated" entrepreneurs are very successful.

Well thats the thin maybe its different in the US in many European countires or better EU you have to have a paper before you can do anything.

You can have all the rules, laws and skills needed to start a company, if you don't have a specific piece of paper confirming your "education" you are simply not allowed to operate.

For some regulated businesses it is the same in the US. In my state someone who wants to open a hair salon or a massage parlour must have a certificate in their filed before they are issued a licence to operate. The establishment is highly regulated, for example, the bathroom must be handicap accessable. in fact, my state regulates hair salons more stringently than lasik eye surgery.
