You can't move anywhere and get away from COVID. You CAN, however, escape rioting, lawlessness, open-air drug dealing, and prostitution, as well as parks and walkways full of campers with their used needles, urine, and feces. You can also escape a city that neglects its infrastructure, roads, and bridges, and that tosses away an experienced, committed police force.
