Considering they use a lot of temps to being with, it's amazing they can turn out quality.
I worked there in a college program. I'm surprised anything comes out decent between the drugs, love affairs and dipshit attitudes. I did work with a couple of great guys though that knew their shit and worked their asses off.

The wage has only gone up about $3 in 20 years, I remember helping a dude move up to Marysville to take an assembly job back in the late 90s at $13. He stuck around for a few years contract before deciding he'd rather have a job with some insurance.
Japanese execs still dictate how and what these factories shit out, doesn't prevent any problems that happened as a result of poor engineering though, which happens to almost everyone
