Price (or even quality) is not the sole driver of economic decisions! Service is a huge one. If the business isn't shooting for the stars (expansion, market dominance) but is just happy to survive, change a bit with the times, keep smart on the new tech, keep overhead low, retain good talent, I'm realizing as I'm older I'm more likely to be thrilled with their work.
