I can't list them here because there are too many (goes beyond the ~16,000 character limit).

You're welcome. I can't think of anything else right now that could or should be added to what you have already covered in your thorough post.

I'm probably going to do links to all the books that have been posted. That way users can find them easier instead of having to scroll through all the posts. Possibly a section for reviews too.
