I hear it happens here in AZ, too. Gangs of ghettos surround the car when it stops and since it's not allowed to run over people it just sits there. They then bang on the windows and scream at the people inside. I don't know if it's gone further than that, but it's so dumb. Those things are everywhere out here. I saw 8 of them just this morning. We decided to make a game of it and count them on the way to the car wash and back.
My idiot boss thinks they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. But he lives up in fancy pants Scottsdale and probably doesn't even have to drive around the retarded things. Everyone but Cali drivers give them a wide berth because even if it causes an accident everyone else will be blamed and those things love to do brake checks and swerve.
