Private companies were never bound by the first amendment. The first amendment restricts what the government can do, not what private individuals (and corporations) can do. This new twitter CEO is retarded.

Courts disagree with you, so, no, they are not a public square and are not constrained by the first amendment. They are not a common carrier either. They do have Section 230 protection but that's something different. You have no idea what you are talking about.
