Private companies were never bound by the first amendment. The first amendment restricts what the government can do, not what private individuals (and corporations) can do. This new twitter CEO is retarded.

Except now twitter is a public square and a common carrier. So yes 1a rights DO APPLY!

Courts disagree with you, so, no, they are not a public square and are not constrained by the first amendment. They are not a common carrier either. They do have Section 230 protection but that's something different. You have no idea what you are talking about.

The 1st Amendment is a boundary only to those who want to control the words you use and civic conduct you undertake.

This fucking curry nigger think he's on some lofty mission to shape public discourse.

“The kinds of things that we do about this is, focus less on thinking about free speech, but thinking about how the times have changed.”

...says this motherfucker, who wasn't even born in the United States, has no bond with this Country's history, does not understand Our Culture, despises the majority of its populace, and has no inherited comprehension of what the 1st Amendment actually does.

Where our role is particularly emphasized is who can be heard.”

So (((curated))) content gets more shekels.

Worthless and clueless.

Shit-skinned social media jerkoff

Typical fucking immigrant.
