this is the one. I guess it has been in a book you can get for free from a local flour company since forever. Leave the raisins out and it is a great all around bread. If going the raisin route, add cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract.

Thanks sporkulon if you're I terested I'll write out my recipe for buckwheat sour dough starter (and how to use it). It takes like 9 days to cultivate and then you can keep it going pretty much for ever.

Yes, do this thing you speak off. Also never hurts to have an online backup. We were talking about simple bread recipes and this one is just that, You can turn out 4 loaves in no time. Oh I also filled the void of this site not have a recipe sub, is born. The sub creation bit was borked when I posted this so I threw it in beer.
