this is the one. I guess it has been in a book you can get for free from a local flour company since forever. Leave the raisins out and it is a great all around bread. If going the raisin route, add cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract.

Yes, do this thing you speak off. Also never hurts to have an online backup. We were talking about simple bread recipes and this one is just that, You can turn out 4 loaves in no time.
