I love water. In fact usually the only things I drink are water/coffee/ice tea/ and beer, but for some reason I find that if I am resisting a craving for alcohol having a soda helps. I think it is the sugar and carbonation combo that helps.

Drink tonic water for the alcohol cravings. The quinine helps.
