Well okay. But that is still maybe hopefully kind of slightly less communist than Los Angeles...

But I have not been there since like the late 80s or early 90s, I forget. But it's not like El Paso is some super memorable experience. That said, I did kind of like Juarez, in how it was just like Los Angeles, only nicer. I bet nothing has really changed...
