So not from the south never eat crawdads. One day at a lake while night fishing. I use a flash light and see large crawdads everywhere. So I catch about 30 of them. Take them home. Watch a YT vid on how to cook them. Boil them up. Get passed the weirdness of eating an invertebrate. Then OMG they are fucking amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
