Well you'd be an idiot. There's nothing about this that's outside of a computer's ability. There are hundreds, likely thousands of examples of "AI" writing poems. A poem isn't complicated, it's a set of rules - if you know all words and all definitions of them, standard and nonstandard then filling in the blanks is a trivial task.
